Is a down payment required?

A down payment of 50% of the total quote is required to start the work. Once completed, photographic proof will be sent, and prompt payment is required to proceed with the shipment

How is it shipped?

Items are properly packaged, and when necessary, shipped with a wooden frame to ensure safe delivery and proper handling. Shipped from El Paso, Texas.

How long does it take to manufacture?

This varies by project. A production timeline is established when the work order is created and is adhered to.

How are they installed?

For customer installation, templates are provided to properly position the sign (in the case of 3D letters), clearly marking where the necessary holes should be drilled. Anchors and screws are also included. It is recommended that the installer has experience with tools, ladders, and electrical work, and is properly trained and certified. Otherwise, we advise hiring a professional installer or contacting us to handle the installation.

Do they require maintenance?

Preventive maintenance is recommended every 12 months, which includes exterior cleaning. For acrylic letters, interior cleaning is recommended every 24 months by removing the acrylic. Do NOT use abrasive cleaners; use only water.

How is it illuminated?

Most signs use LED lighting, typically 12V, 24V, or 110V (all properly labeled and UL listed). A voltage transformer is included so it can be connected to any standard 110V outlet.”

How long do the LEDs last?

The average lifespan of the LEDs is 5 years when operated 8 hours per day. This may vary depending on the type of LED and can even be longer—up to 10 years. Please inquire if you require this type of LED.

Warranty

The warranty depends on the sign being purchased and is specified in the quote and order. It typically ranges from 3 to 5 years. You may even extend the warranty, please contact us for more information.

Where are the signs manufactured?

All signs and channel letters are manufactured in a dedicated production facility in Mexico. The manufacturing process follows standardized procedures, uses premium-grade materials, and applies strict quality control at every stage to ensure consistent performance, long-term durability, and a professional-grade finish that meets industry standards.

We accept bank transfers, online payments such as PayPal, and debit or credit cards.

Payment terms

Payment is typically due upon completion of the work or before shipment. Net 30-45-60 terms may be offered upon prior application and approval.
